URO-DIAS 1080mg TABLETS

Uro-Dias (Potassium Citrate) is primarily used as a urinary alkalinizer. It works by making the urine less acidic. Its main therapeutic uses include:

​Prevention of Kidney Stones: It is highly effective in preventing the recurrence of various types of kidney stones, particularly calcium oxalate, uric acid, and cystine stones.

​Management of Renal Tubular Acidosis (RTA): It helps correct metabolic acidosis and low blood potassium levels in patients with renal tubular disorders.

​Uric Acid Stone Dissolution: By increasing urine pH, it assists in dissolving existing uric acid stones and prevents new ones from crystallizing.

​Relief from Dysuria: It helps soothe burning sensations during urination caused by highly acidic urine or minor urinary tract irritations.

​گردے کی پتھری سے بچاؤ: یہ گردے میں بار بار پتھری بننے کے عمل (خصوصاً کیلشیم آکسالیٹ اور یورک ایسڈ کی پتھری) کو روکنے کے لیے انتہائی مفید ہے۔

​یورک ایسڈ کی پتھری کا خاتمہ: یہ پیشاب کی تیزابیت کو کم کر کے یورک ایسڈ سے بنی پتھریوں کو پگھلانے اور انہیں دوبارہ بننے سے روکنے میں مدد کرتی ہے۔

​پیشاب کی جلن کا علاج: پیشاب میں شدید تیزابیت کی وجہ سے ہونے والی جلن اور درد کو دور کرنے کے لیے استعمال کی جاتی ہے۔
