MONKAST 10MG TABLETS

Monkast 10 mg (Montelukast Sodium). It is a medication primarily used for the maintenance and long-term treatment of:

​Asthma: It helps prevent the narrowing of airways caused by asthma. It should be used regularly to manage symptoms, but it is not a rescue inhaler for sudden asthma attacks.

​Allergic Rhinitis (Allergies): It is used to relieve symptoms of seasonal allergies (like hay fever) and year-round allergies, such as sneezing, stuffy, runny, or itchy nose.

یہ Monkast 10 mg (Montelukast Sodium) ہے۔ یہ دوا بنیادی طور پر درج ذیل بیماریوں کے طویل مدتی علاج اور روک تھام کے لیے استعمال ہوتی ہے:

دمہ (Asthma): یہ دمہ کی وجہ سے سانس کی نالیوں کے سکڑنے کو روکنے میں مدد دیتی ہے۔ علامات کو کنٹرول کرنے کے لیے اسے باقاعدگی سے استعمال کرنا چاہیے۔ یاد رہے کہ یہ اچانک دمے کے دورے کے لیے استعمال ہونے والی ایمرجنسی (rescue) دوا نہیں ہے۔ ۔1

الرجک رینائٹس (Allergies): یہ موسمی الرجی (جیسے ہے فیور) اور سارا سال رہنے والی الرجی کی علامات، جیسے چھینکیں آنا، ناک بند ہونا، بہنا، یا ناک میں خارش کو دور کرنے کے لیے استعمال ہوتی ہے۔ ۔2
